These two images expressed my frustration at the slowness of UPS in delivering a camera I had ordered from the USA. They lost all track of it for three days after it arrived in England and its whole journey took 8 days. Meanwhile, another item ordered from America two days after the camera, and shipped with Federal Express, arrived three days before the camera.
