THE HIGH SEAS

This picture uses David Griffiths' Lake applet. The picture is a stained glass picture which appears on page 12 of my Gallery, under the title 'The Galleon'. For this image I moved the horizon up a little so that the sea surrounded the hull. It looked more natural when moving up and down than when the hull was in line with the horizon as it is in the original image. The whole of the sea in the original picture, plus this extra strip, was made transparent for the overlay gif. The image consists only of an image of Spectrum Glass dark blue water glass, the same width as the overlay and half as deep. In the applet coding, the paramater "rocking" is used with the value "true".

The frame was made in PhotoImpact, following the instructions in my Tutorial on making classic frames.
